Industrial cylinder

A pneumatic actuator that converts the pressure energy of compressed gas into mechanical energy in pneumatic transmission. There are two types of cylinders that perform reciprocating linear motion reciprocating oscillation (see figure). ④ Impact cylinder: This is a new type of component. It converts the pressure energy of compressed gas into the kinetic energy of the high-speed motion of the piston (10-20 meters/second) to do work.

⑤ Rodless cylinder: A general term for a cylinder without a piston rod. There are two types of magnetic cylinders cable cylinders.

The cylinder that oscillates back forth is called a swinging cylinder. The inner chamber is divided into two by the blades, alternating air supply is provided to the two chambers. The output shaft oscillates with a swinging angle of less than 280 °. In addition, there are rotary cylinders, gas-liquid damping cylinders, stepper cylinders.
