Details Description
Detailed Introduction:

Electronic heat sinks come in a variety of types, including steel, aluminum, copper, copper-aluminum composite, and stainless steel. Different types of electronic heat sinks naturally have different advantages. For example, steel heat sinks have high pressure resistance, good thermal performance, are sturdy and durable, and have good flexibility. Aluminum heat sinks dissipate heat quickly, have good decorative properties, are oxidation-resistant; copper heat sinks are corrosion-resistant, have beautiful shapes, good thermal conductivity, and heat up quickly; a major advantage of insert heat sinks is their excellent durability and high effective heat utilization.
Electronic heat sinks are reliable in operation, have a long lifespan, are noiseless, spark-free, and free from electromagnetic interference. They have fast switching speeds, strong anti-interference capabilities, and are small in size, impact-resistant, vibration-resistant, explosion-proof, moisture-proof, and corrosion-resistant. They are compatible with TTL, DTL, and HTL logic circuits, using small control signals to directly drive high-current loads. Heat pipe heat sinks, with their self-cooling systems, require no fans, produce no noise, are maintenance-free, and are safe and reliable. Heat pipe air cooling or even self-cooling can replace water cooling systems.
Electronic heat sinks are heat sinks designed for high-power electronic components. They do not require an external power supply and use natural cooling. Heat sink prices are common in our daily lives. Industrial aluminum profiles, such as those in high-temperature blowers, use electronic heat sinks. When using electronic heat sinks, certain requirements for the quality of the cooling water are necessary, such as the resistivity of the circulating water.
If used with high-voltage or relatively high-voltage components, the above water quality requirements or even higher water quality requirements must be ensured. Also, when using water-cooled heat sinks, special attention should be paid to preventing water leakage, blockage, and condensation. When installing air-cooled heat sinks, the heat sink blades should be aligned with the direction of the cooling airflow. The inlet air temperature should not exceed 40°C, and the inlet air velocity should be 4-6 m/s.
